Cooling pad system maintenance
The cooling medium can not be subjected to external or man-made collision and will be deformed after the collision. Periodically inspect the paper cooling pad for any tears, holes, or signs of damage.
Replace the paper pads if you notice any significant damage to maintain effective cooling.
The water supply should make the cooling pad evenly wet, with a thin stream of water flowing down along the cooling pad ripples. The water volume can be controlled by adjusting the water supply valve.
Keep the water source clean, the pH of the water is between 6-9, and the conductivity is less than 1000 micro-ohms. Clean the pool, circulating water system, etc., regularly to ensure the cleanliness of the water supply system (usually once a week). Keep the water supply quality good. To prevent the growth of algae or other microorganisms on the surface of the cooling pad, 3-5ppm chlorine or bromine can be added to the water for short-term treatment. The concentration is 1ppm for continuous treatment.
Water droplets splash away from the cooling pad. Check whether the water supply is too large, whether there is a damaged cooling pad, and whether the edge is damaged or "flashed". Water leakage at the joint. After stopping the water supply, apply silica gel.
Adjust the water supply valve to control the water volume, or replace a larger power water pump or a larger diameter water supply pipe. Rinse the pool, water pump inlet, filter, spray water supply pipe, etc., in time to remove dirt in the water supply circulation system.
Stop the fan 30 minutes after the water pump stops to ensure that the cooling pad is completely dried. After the system stops running, check whether the accumulated water in the water tank has been emptied to avoid the bottom of the cooling pad being immersed in water for a long time.
Remove scale and algae from the surface of the cooling pad. After the cooling pad is completely dried, brush it up and down with a soft brush to avoid horizontal brushing. (You can brush a part first to check whether the cooling pad can withstand brushing.) Then, only start the water supply system to flush the scale and algae on the surface of the cooling pad (avoid using steam or high-pressure water to flush the cooling pad).
There should not be a cooling pad placed around the radioactive substances, corrosive substances, odor, or peculiar smell of goods, to ensure that the outgoing air is fresh and clean.
